James R. Westergreen is a writer working out of Chicago. A graduate of the University Of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, he has been published by the gritty UK fiction site, Near to the Knuckle,  Close to the Bone. His first novel, Lincoln Park, was published by Black Rose Writing. He has been working on his memoir for the last three years and has contacted former soldiers from his time in the army and inmates that he met while serving time in military prison.
